The Graduate Program is structured around building your abilities through rotations, learning and development opportunities and support. To learn and grow as much as possible during your time on the program, it is essential that you are prepared to relocate. The skills and knowledge that you develop will give you a professional advantage in this competitive industry, wherever your career may take you. Our graduate program also offers driven and high-performing graduates the opportunity to fast-track their careers and finish the program early at the 18-month mark.


We are looking for candidates with an interest in one of the following disciplines and locations:

  • Infrastructure – NSW, QLD, VIC, NZ
  • Building – NSW, QLD, VIC
  • Rail – NSW, VIC
  • Sustainability and Environment – NSW, VIC, QLD
  • Tunnelling – VIC
  • Finance – NSW, VIC
  • Safety – NSW, VIC
  • Communications - VIC
  • Human Resources – NSW, VIC
  • Development & Investments – NSW, VIC

What you need to know:


  1. Submit an Online Application (including questionnaire and written responses)
  2. Complete an Online Simulation Assessment
  3. Complete a video interview
  4. Attend the Assessment Centre
  5. Receive an offer and undergo a Medical Check
  6. Assessment Centres and Offers to be concluded by June 2019
  7. Start your new role in February 2020
