About the Role:
Our Rail Business is looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to work with our internal teams and customers; ensuring we deliver accurate estimates of the total cost of projects, delivered on time and in accordance with required technical standards.

This is a highly influential role and pivotal for the commercial success of our Rail Business. You will need to work across tenders and projects, monitoring new innovations, techniques and cost trends. In addition, we expect this role to review client designs for opportunities and omissions. 

This is a highly specialist role, and requires an intimate knowledge of the Rail industry; including managing estimates for brownfield, greenfield, urban passenger, regional freight, and metro and light rail.

About You:
To succeed in this role, it is essential you have relevant tertiary qualifications and expertise in rail construction cost planning, tendering and project delivery. This will include;

•    Advanced financial management skills
•    Multidisciplinary estimating experience including leading complex estimates
•    Experience in Construct Only, Design and Construct, Managing Contract, Alliance, JVs and PPP Contract Types

You will also need to have superior communication skills and demonstrate excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
