We have an exciting job share opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant for 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. In this role you will provide administrative support, including managing the day-to-day activities of the SLT team directly reporting to the CPO (GMs), inclusive of diary management/scheduling, communications, reporting, records management, accounts/invoices and travelling & logistics.  

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of General Managers and provide ad hoc support to their teams
  • Oversee and coordinate Management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning.
  • Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the Manager when requested.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions in line with company processes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders and events aligned to budget.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information and customer service to external vendors.  
  • dentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
  • Support onboarding activities, team updates, and internal communications.
  • Handle sensitive employee and business information with a high level of discretion. 

About You:

To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you can demonstrate the following

  • Significant experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role at a senior level.
  • Ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously, prioritising competing demands.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and working knowledge of Copilot and SharePoint.
