About the Role:

Our Rail Business is looking for an experienced Rail Staging Manager. This role is pivotal in working with our work winning and delivery teams to ensure that world leading possession and occupation staging and rail construction methodologies are developed and implemented.

This will be a “whole of life” approach; working across tenders and projects, from EOI to delivery and will therefore need to work closely with cross-disciplinary groups within our business.

This is a highly specialist role, and will need to be exhibit excellent leadership in health, safety, risk and commercial management. You will be required to build organisational capability, including bouncing ideas off a small close-knit team, designing and shaping the way we approach Rail Staging, and defining potential new innovations and methodologies.

 

About You:

To succeed in this role, it is essential you are an experienced Rail Staging Specialist, with a track record in developing and implementing high-quality solutions for customers. This will include;

  • A high level of experience in brownfield rail construction and staging
  • Management of multidisciplinary rail construction project teams
  • Experience of P6 and time chainage software

You will therefore need to have superior communication skills and demonstrate excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
