The John Holland Talent team is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to be responsible to lead a national team of Resourcing Advisors and specialists that oversee recruitment activity across a large national complex business unit in the infrastructure sector.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Mentor and lead a team of Resourcing Advisors to have the skills and capacity to deliver recruitment activities, understand talent strategies, frameworks, and processes aligned to the broader John Holland People initiatives including diversity, mobility and EVP.
  • Coach, develop and mentor advisors on resourcing practice.
  • Monitor, maintain & improve processes to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with capability frameworks and enable external and internal talent search & pooling.
  • Utilise external market data to inform talent decisions, understand industry trends and provide SME insight.
  • Develop and maintain business unit understanding as it relates to resource planning, including monitoring of external market competitor activity and challenges/trends.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Unit, project stakeholders and external talent in industry.
  • Engage with business units and projects across region to support internal mobilisation and demobilisation strategies.
  • Embed and drive inclusive resourcing practices across resourcing team/s, BUs, and projects that are aligned JHG strategies.

To be successful in this key role we are looking for.

  • Preferably a degree or equivalent in Business/Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Preferably experience in driving and embedding talent acquisition solution and/or framework.
  • Preferably Construction or heavy industry experience in a HR business partner, recruitment or related role.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder and influencing skills.
