The Project

The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

 

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

 

The Role

The Resourcing Administrator provides end‑to‑end administrative support to resourcing and recruitment activities, ensuring workforce requirements are met accurately and on time.

 

The role supports candidate management, compliance, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to deliver a smooth and efficient resourcing process. By maintaining accurate data and systems, the role enables informed workforce planning and reporting. The position plays a critical role in supporting hiring managers, candidates, and resourcing teams to achieve operational and organisational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across recruitment activities, acting as a key liaison between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and external service providers.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings and recruitment-related activities, including management of shared inboxes and task tracking.
  • Assist with the preparation, collation and management of employment documentation, background checks and employment letters, ensuring governance and approval processes are followed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support ongoing document management and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with updating organisational charts and workforce information to support operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and compile data for monthly reporting and workforce metrics.
  • Support a range of people and culture activities, including recruitment, employment contracts and employee changes.
  • Identify, review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and optimise system utilisation.
  • Deliver professional, confidential and high-quality administrative support while maintaining discretion and integrity at all times.

About You

  • Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Human Resources teams, preferably in an HR Administration or HR Coordination capacity.
  • Experience supporting HR and recruitment functions within construction, mining, manufacturing or other fast-paced project environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, resourcing practices and the ability to support stakeholders to achieve business and project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to analyse data, generate insights and enhance HR systems and processes.
