About The Project

The Beveridge Intermodal project is a landmark freight and logistics development in Victoria, set to play a critical role in Australia’s national supply chain. Located in Melbourne’s north, this major infrastructure project will deliver an integrated intermodal terminal, connecting road and rail to improve freight efficiency, reduce congestion, and support long-term economic growth.
 
Delivered within a complex project environment, the works involve multidisciplinary interfaces across civil, rail systems, logistics, and operational stakeholders to create a nationally significant freight hub.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Supervisor - Civil to plan and deliver all relevant scopes of civil construction work across a specific geographical area or functional discipline to ensure effective delivery of planned schedules within the planned time and budget. Provide effective leadership and sustainable working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to contribute to site safety, quality, environmental controls, and risk management.
 

Key Responsibilities

•    Minimum 5–10 years of previous civil construction experience in a similar role. ­ 
•    Proven track record in delivery of civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage, earthworks). ­ 
•    Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour in a civil construction environment. ­ 
•    Competence in reading and reviewing civil engineering drawings, providing constructability input, and implementing final design solutions. ­ 
•    Experience in safety and environmental management, resource allocation, and construction program planning specific to civil work
