About North Western Program Alliance
North Western Program Alliance (NWPA) consists of four Alliance partners – John Holland, KBR, MTM, V/Line and the client (LXRP), working together as one team to achieve shared goals.

We are looking for a Senior Completions Advisor to join the Alliance located at Melton.
About the Role
The Senior Completions Advisor leads the planning, coordination and delivery of project completion and handover activities ensuring all contractual and stakeholder requirements are achieved to support asset handover and Completion milestones.
Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, Asset Owners and stakeholders, you will drive completion readiness, manage defects and outstanding works, coordinate completion documentation and support the successful transition of assets into operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of project completion, handover and close out strategies to achieve contractual completion milestones.
- Coordinate completion planning activities, including completion schedules, readiness reviews and milestone tracking.
- Drive the management of defects, outstanding works and close out actions to support Practical Completion and Final Completion outcomes.
- Coordinate the preparation, review and acceptance of completion deliverables, including asset handover documentation, as-built records, test records and operational information.
- Facilitate Operational Completion Checkpoints (OCCs), completion readiness reviews and stakeholder acceptance activities.
- Identify and manage completion-related risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, clients, asset owners, operators and key stakeholders to ensure successful handover outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on completions processes, handover requirements and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across the project.
- Support the development and implementation of asset data, as-built and handover processes to ensure efficient submission, acceptance and transfer of project information
About you
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
- Extensive experience delivering completions, quality, handover or assurance functions on major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading asset handover, operational readiness and stakeholder engagement activities across design, construction, commissioning and operations environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capability.
- Ability to identify project risks and drive practical solutions to support successful project outcomes.
